There are several stages to requesting remote access to one of our CCTV systems. Read this page in whole first and then start the process off by following the first step. It can normally take 24 hours before your account is ready.
Firstly, click on the “Register” button on the right-hand side.
Fill in the requested details to create yourself a website account.
Next, we have to verify this request by making some background authorisation checks.
Finally, we will let you know that everything is ready, and that you can return to the website to download the software and instructions.
Once you return to the website, select “Customer Area” and then “Downloads”. From here you can download the software required to view the cameras and your specific User Guide with instructions on how to connect, view live and view recorded footage.
